Microdermabrasion exfoliates the skin using a special device to reduce signs of aging and make the skin appear more even.
Microdermabrasion can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, acne scarring, melasma, and other skin-related concerns and conditions. The skin’s uppermost horny layer is gently removed with a vacuum diamond polisher. At the same time, skin abrasion activates collagen-elastin synthesis, stimulates cell regeneration, and improves blood circulation and oxygen supply. As a result, the skin looks fresher, rosier and smoother. The skin texture is finer-pored and more even. Fine lines and wrinkles are softened, and impurities visibly reduced.
We begin treatment with a signature double cleanse. Afterwards, a special diamond- tipped vacuum handpiece is gently guided over your skin to gently remove dead skin cells. The removed cell material is sucked off using vacuum drainage, while the deeper skin layers are stimulated and encouraged to regenerate. The “fresh” skin surface is then intensively moisturized and penetrated with skin type-specific active ingredients. For example, a dehydrated, atrophic skin receives preparations made with highly concentrated hyaluronic acid; a skin prone to couperosis is supported by capillary-strengthening active ingredients; and in the case of skin suffering acne, we use sebum-and-inflammation-regulating active ingredients. Finally, the treatment is rounded off with physiological skin care products tailored to the condition of your skin. A treatment usually lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. For sensitive skin types that tend to redden, we recommend adding a 20-minute oxygen treatment for rapid skin regeneration.
It diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles that can happen from natural aging, stress, and sun damage or photoaging. It also treats age spots and uneven pigmentation. Microdermabrasion is recommended as a treatment for improving your skin’s conditioning and making pores less visible. It also encourages cell turnover, which can speed your skin’s ability to healing. By removing cells from your outermost layer of skin, microdermabrasion promotes new cells to regenerate more quickly than they would ordinarily. The result is skin that looks firmer, more toned, and more youthful.
